We are very pleased to announce that we are now officially an ECO CHURCH. As part of the goal of Net Zero by 2030 for the Church of England, we have all been asked to do our bit as part of the Five Marks of Mission:

"To strive to safeguard the integrity of creation and sustain and renew the life of the earth."

Over the past few months, we have been auditing our own efforts and have qualified for a Bronze Award.

We will be aiming for Silver by 2025 and Gold by 2030. These are much harder to achieve but there is help available and we start by replacing our floodlights early next year with low energy, but very bright, LED bulbs.
