Room bookings

St. Swithun's Church Hall is available to hire for private functions.

It is equipped with kitchen facilities, lavatories, and is wheelchair and pushchair accessible.

For initial enquiries, please call or visit the Parish Office during the opening hours of Monday to Friday 9.30am - 12pm, or email the Parish Administrator on admin@swithun.org.uk. Alternatively, you may use our online booking request form to make a provisional booking.

Rates for the hall are weekdays £15 per hour and weekends £20 per hour (discount for church members on the Electoral Roll, and Baptism parties).

Payment is usually required at the time of booking by cheque payable to "St. Swithun's PCC", or by bank transfer - details on request.
